Our experience is extensive and has been gained over more than 15 years working within the UK Construction Industry. In this time, we’ve delivered a variety of CDM, health, safety and project management related services on a diverse array of construction projects across a number of business sectors for both public and private sector clients.
We have a demonstrable track record in high profile, flagship, construction projects, all of which require complex engineering solutions to overcome significant constraints, challenges, hazards and risks. Examples of such projects within the Energy Sector include the Decommissioning and Demolition of various hard Coal, Oil and Gas Fired Power Stations; Nuclear Power Station new build, and; On-Shore Wind and Solar Farm construction. Projects in other Sectors include Airport Development and new build; Primary, Secondary, Higher and Further Education Sector new build facilities; new build Hospitals and Critical Care Units, the creation of new Rail and Road Infrastructures and Networks; Commercial Sector new build and refurbishment in the development of new Office spaces, and, Supermarket new build and High Street chain refurbishment in the Retail Sector.
The approach we adopt on any role we undertake is pragmatic, flexible and collaborative. We ensure we implement process to enable coordination with all other project stakeholders. In terms of CDM and Construction Health and Safety we develop and employ procedures and processes to identify, eliminate (or communicate) design risks, and manage the whole Design Risk Management piece, so that the right information, is in the hands of the right people at the right time. In terms of Construction Project Management, we utilise various processes to manage and control change, secure cost certainty, ensure quality standards are met, adhere to programmes, forecast challenges and implement solutions to overcome them in order to help deliver projects to successful completions.
